Its production is controlled and numbered, according to the Llonganissa de Vic Protected Geographic Indication.

Stuffed in natural gut, in pieces that range between 300 and 600 g. Each Llonganissa de Vic from Can Duran is presented elegantly and duly numbered by the regulatory council.
